Storekeeper (Oyo) at MacTay Consulting

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical count to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products at the store
• Receive incoming products according to DCE's policy and procedures
• Maintain online inventory management software and ensure timely identification of triggers to initiate actions for stock replenishment
• Post detail of receipt and dispatch transactions and ensure integrity of the inventory management system
• Maintain up to date records of material inventory at the stores (existing stocks, pending orders etc)
• Provide information on current stock and order to provide justification for reordering
• Perform end of the day inventory reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and resolved in time
• Maintain approved best practice of HSE in the store

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Purchasing and Supply Management, Accounting, Economics and related field of studies
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the field
• Basic knowledge of system based inventory management system.
