Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and reliable storekeeper to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the packaging of products, maintaining the store’s organization, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive product deliveries and compare the information with the purchase order to verify the accuracy of the items delivered.
• Packaging products neatly and efficiently for distribution or sales.
• Receiving and organizing stock in the store.
• Keeping accurate inventory records and update them regularly.
• Monitor the expiry dates of stocks and ensure all goods are used before their expiry dates.
• Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Supervising the loading and offloading of supplies when necessary.
• Reporting damaged or missing items.
• Assist in preparing reports related to stock levels, inventory usage, and reordering needs.

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relating field.
• 2 years of experience as a storekeeper in the Oil and Gas Sector.
• Strong understanding of stock control, and inventory management procedures.
• Experience with computerized inventory systems such as; MS Office Suite, and Inventory Management Software.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
