Storekeeper at Harobed and Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and store all incoming raw materials, finished goods, and consumables accurately.
• Issue materials and stock to production as required, maintaining accurate records of all movements.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile findings against inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and alert the Production Supervisor when materials are running low.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and safe storage area at all times.
• Support the Production Supervisor with inventory reporting and stock reconciliation.
• Flag any stock discrepancies, damage, or loss promptly for investigation.

Experience

• Prior experience in store keeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Skills Required

• Strong record-keeping and organisational skills
• Basic computer literacy, particularly MS Excel for stock tracking and reporting
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Honesty and integrity in handling company stock.
