Store Supervisor at Mikano

POSITION SUMMARY

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for the effective management and control of spare parts, consumables, tools, lubricants and other materials required for the motors division's aftersales workshop operations. The role will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, minimizing stock losses and variances and ensuring proper coordination between the store, workshop, service advisors, procurement and other relevant departments.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory and Stock Control.
• Workshop and Job Card Control.
• Receiving and Inspection.
• Spare Parts Issuance and Returns.
• ERP and Documentation.
• Stock Replenishment and Inventory Planning.
• Warehouse Organization and Safety.
• Reporting and performance Monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of automotive spare parts, aftersales service, workshop, dealership, or mechanical/electrical inventory management is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
• At least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience working with an ERP system is required: experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of inventory control principles, stock counting, reconciliation and warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, inventory Management, or Warehousing will be an added advantage.
