Store Officer at Novo Developers

We need A store officer in a real estate company who can manage inventory, ensures efficient operations, and oversees purchase orders. They also maintain records, inspect deliveries, and report discrepancies. 

Responsibilities 

• Inventory management: Maintain stock levels, organize stock, and order new items
• Record keeping: Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of stock
• Purchase orders: Oversee purchase orders and initiate purchase requisitions
• Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure efficient store operations
• Delivery inspection: Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to accounting
• Stockroom operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the stockroom

Skills and knowledge 

• Knowledge of ordering, storing, maintaining, and issuing merchandise
• Knowledge of simple arithmetic
• Familiarity with general office and purchasing practices
• Ability to communicate effectively
