Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting a Store Member to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Arrange, replenish, and maintain products on shelves and displays.
• Ensure the store is clean, neat, and properly organized.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing merchandise.
• Monitor product availability and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Support stock counting and inventory activities.
• Assist with pricing, tagging, and merchandising of products.
• Maintain proper arrangement of products according to store standards.
• Support sales activities and help achieve store targets.
• Handle customers' concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform basic stock-related tasks.
