Store Manager at RachamHub Limited

Responsibilities

• He/she will oversee the operations at the company's warehouse/storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule.
• He/she would prepare schedules for Warehouse Associates, train new warehouse employees and monitor compliance with safety standards.
• He/she is to complete various management, organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes.

These includes:

• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
• Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
• Processing confirmed orders and get them allpackaged and ready for dispatching

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Can speak good and fluent English.
• Can work under pressure.
• Can do basic calculations (Maths) and has inventory knowledge.
• Has good customer service/communication skills.
• Is a good team player.
• Living around Maryland, Obanikoro, Palm groove, Bariga, Ilaje, Gbagada, Onipan, Sabo, Outer Surulere, Ojota, Alapere, Ketu, Anthony, Oshodi and its environs is an advantage.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
