JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and quality of delivered goods.
• Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly and accessible manner within the storage area.
• Issue materials, tools, or products to staff based on requisitions or production needs.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, deliveries, and stock movements.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and implement measures to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and assist in inventory audits to ensure record accuracy.
