Store Keeper at Bizpoint Consult Limited

All applicants must have worked as an Accounts Officer in a Chicken Farm and Chicken Processing Plant

Job Objectives:

• To ensure adequacy of all raw materials on daily basis
• To ensure up to date records of all raw materials
• To manage stock movement in and out of the warehouse. 

Essential Job Functions

• Receive all incoming goods and raise receipt vouchers.
• Ensure safe keep of all  goods in the company.
• Keep management abreast of the stock position of all stock items daily and weekly.
• Monthly preparation of purchase analysis.
• Responsible for the management and reporting of all stock movements in and out of the warehouse.
• Ensure proper labeling of stocks
• Ensure all stocks are stored in conditions that will maintain its quality.
• Organize Monthly Stock taking in the presence of Accounts / Internal Controller.
• Update/Keep stock cards for all the stocks, daily physical stock taking.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness of the warehouse.
• Responsible for loading and offloading of stocks.
• And any other duties that may be assigned by the from time to time.
