Store Internal Control Officer (SICO) at Stransact Chartered Accountants

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Internal Control Officer (SICO) to join our client in the QSR industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring store operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across store operations.
• Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Cash management: Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliations.
• Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports on compliance, variances, and operational performance.
• Training support: Assist in educating store staff on internal control measures.

Requirements

• OND, SSCE or Bachelor’s degree (in-view)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
