Store and Logistics Officer at Yodabmic Consulting Services

Summary of Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock and inventory reconciliations to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
• Maintain an organized and secure store layout to minimize risks of damage, theft, or loss.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, reflecting both physical stock and system data.
• Perform daily reconciliation of stock, verifying both physical inventory and digital records for consistency.
• Prepare and submit regular stock reports to support decision-making processes and optimize inventory management.
• Oversee the loading and offloading of products, ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain product integrity and security.
• Coordinate and schedule transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, meeting service standard e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a structured working environment.
• Attention to details and good record management.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Organised and time management skills.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
