Stock Trading Instructor at HiiT Plc

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Stock Trading Instructor to train aspiring traders in the foundational concepts of stock markets, trading strategies, risk management, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in trading, investing, and financial education, with the ability to deliver engaging and practical lessons.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and interactive exercises that cover stock trading fundamentals.
• Live & Recorded Instruction: Conduct engaging online classes covering key topics such as market analysis, technical and fundamental analysis, trading platforms, and risk management.
• Hands-on Training: Provide practical demonstrations using real-world trading tools and platforms such as Bamboo, I-invest etc.
• Student Support: Offer mentorship, answer student inquiries, and provide constructive feedback on assignments and trading exercises.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Develop quizzes, assignments, and final assessments to evaluate students' understanding and readiness for real-world trading.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and integrate real-world case studies into lessons.
• Career Guidance: Advise students on potential career paths in trading, investing, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in stock trading or financial markets.
• Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of market analysis, risk management, and trading psychology.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Online Teaching Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and delivering virtual training is a plus.
