Job Description

• We are looking for a diligent and organized Stock Receiving Officer to receive, inspect, document, and verify incoming goods while ensuring accurate inventory records and proper stock handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and deliveries.
• Verify quantities, specifications, and quality against invoices and delivery notes.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Record received goods accurately into the inventory system or stock register.
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of received items.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with stock receiving procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in stock receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and numerical proficiency.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work efficiently.
• Willingness to resume work by 7:00 AM daily.
