Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Stock Controller to manage inventory records and ensure stock accuracy across all systems and physical inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, reconciling inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient inventory management processes. Strong Excel proficiency and experience in inventory control are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system stock balances reflect physical stock levels.
• Monitor stock movements, receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.
• Update inventory data and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve stock accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for inventory tracking, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory or stock control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems is an added advantage.
