Duties

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Etc.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum of OND
• Experience: 2 - 3 years experience.

Skills:

• Effective communication skill.
• Sound Computer knowledge (especially on Excel package)
• Had an experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.
• Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.
• Open to learn.
• A team player.
• Transparent and dedicated to the job.
