The State Sales Manager will lead BLUETTI’s sales and market development in their assigned state. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing dealer networks, implementing marketing initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, solid business acumen, and a passion for clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve state-level sales targets and market share growth.
Identify, recruit, and manage local distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key clients, partners, and government or institutional stakeholders.
Conduct regular market research to monitor competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Organize and support promotional events, trade fairs, and product demonstrations within the region.
Work closely with the marketing and after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the Regional Sales Director.
Train and motivate sales representatives or partners to achieve sales excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of proven sales experience in consumer electronics, solar products, or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of Nigeria’s local markets and business culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned state.
Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
