We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as State Coordinators across various Geo-political Zones in Nigeria.
The State Coordinators will play a crucial role in coordinating activities and expanding enrollment for TSM programs within their respective states, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Core Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges within each state, and develop strategic plans to effectively penetrate the market.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including educational institutions, government agencies, corporate partners, and community leaders to drive enrollment and foster partnerships.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement targeted marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the unique characteristics and preferences of each state, leveraging various channels such as social media, traditional media, and community outreach programs.
Event Coordination: Organize and participate in events, workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities to showcase TSM's programs and engage with prospective students and partners.
Enrollment Management: Oversee the enrollment process within assigned states, from initial inquiry to registration, providing guidance and support to applicants and ensuring a seamless experience.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and enrollment strategies, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular reports to management.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Academic departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives and facilitate smooth operations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of operations within assigned states.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or education sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective marketing strategies tailored to specific states.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other local languages spoken in Nigeria is an added advantage.
