Role Overview

• As a State Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing field activities, managing teams, and ensuring that data collection is executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field teams across assigned locations Coordinate and supervise data collection activities to ensure quality and timeliness
• Ensure strict adherence to project protocols, methodologies, and ethical standards
• Provide real-time support, troubleshooting, and guidance to field staff
• Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with project goals

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field
• 3+ years of proven experience in field coordination, experience with training field teams, data collection, or project management.
• Ability to use a variety of data collection platforms
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem- solving skills including swift escalation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality data and effective field management under tight timelines
