Position Overview

• We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Staff Nurse to manage our on-site staff clinic. The ideal candidate will provide primary healthcare services, emergency care, and health education to employees, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services, including routine check-ups, wound care, and treatment of minor illnesses/injuries. 
• Manage medical emergencies promptly and coordinate referrals to hospitals when necessary. 
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information. 
• Conduct health and wellness programs (e.g., vaccinations, hygiene campaigns, chronic disease management). 
• Monitor occupational health risks specific to agro-processing environments and recommend preventive measures. 
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 
• Manage clinic inventory, including medicines, equipment, and supplies. 
• Provide health education to staff on topics like nutrition, first aid, and disease prevention. 

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN/RM) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. 
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience (corporate or hospital setting preferred). 
• Proficiency in emergency care,basic life support (BLS), and primary healthcare practices. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels. 
• Familiarity with **electronic medical records (EMR) systems. 
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
