    Speech Therapist

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on expertise in oral motor therapy.
    • The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping children with speech, language, and communication difficulties achieve their fullest potential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
    • Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
    • Provide oral motor therapy and other evidence-based interventions to improve speech and communication outcomes.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support holistic child development.
    • Track, document, and review students’ progress, making adjustments as needed.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Speech Therapy, Speech & Language Pathology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Speech Therapist.
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with oral motor therapy.
    • Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
