service of the following personnel who must be highly skilled and experienced.

Job Objectives

• Validate that solutions meet quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements
• Ensure that every test effort is effectively planned, monitored and executed
• Ensure that the core activities required by the Testing Framework are completed in a structured and consistent manner

Competence Requirements

• Responsible for all test phases
• Ensure that all required testing deliverables are created
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
• Execute formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance review
• Discover issues within infrastructure
• Identify, isolate, and track issues throughout testing
• Record test progress and results
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Engage all relevant stakeholders and secure the requisite sign-offs
• Maintain all quality policy documents
• Research and analyse product features being tested
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
• Testing deliverables, including use cases, are formally tracked and managed
• Test plans reviewed and

Covered requirements

• Knowledge of QA testing methodologies, tools, processes and standards
• Understanding of testing approaches
• Knowledge of quality standards and procedures
• Proven work experience in infrastructure development
• Proven work experience in infrastructure quality assurance
• Experience in writing clear, concise and
• comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent co-ordination skills

Specification/Qualification
Educational Qualification                            
Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related areas

Professional Qualification 
Possession of the following certifications is recommended: ITIL Foundation; PMP, CCNP
Desired Experience
4 to 7 years of functional experience
