    Special Assistant to Executive Director

    Description

    As the Special Assistant to the Executive Director at Dangote Industries Limited, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Director.

    You will be responsible for managing the Executive Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various ad hoc tasks.

    We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual who can anticipate the needs of the Executive Director and ensure their schedules run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and have a strong attention to detail.

    Requirements

    • Proven 5 to 7 years experience as a special assistant or similar role, preferably supporting Senior executives.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
    • High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required.
