    Spare Parts Sales Manager (Two Wheeler)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage win-win relationships with channel partners (existing and new dealer/sub dealer) by design and implement a strategic sales plan for Two Wheeler products.
    • Planning and implementing marketing activities in consultation with the respective Products Heads and Business Heads
    • Gather information and report on competitor’s activities as well as other market intelligence data
    • Achieve assigned sales and network expansion target
    • Communication of targets and incentive plans to channel partners and field sales personnel
    • Managing and impacting product knowledge to channel partners and field sales personnel.
    • Preparing business proposals in consultation with the respective product/business head
    • Reporting on successes and taking corrective actions to overcome areas of weaknesses.
    • Preparation of monthly sales forecast in consultation with the business head.
    • Carry out any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 7 years work experience.
