Spanish Linguist at Assist to Hire Limited

 We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Spanish Linguist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences for our Spanish-speaking clientele. You will act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking guests, providing them with outstanding service and support throughout their spa journey.  

Responsibilities:

• Spanish Guest Liaison: Greet, communicate, inform, and assist Spanish-speaking guests with all spa needs.
• Spa Support: Maintain a clean environment, assist staff, and ensure excellent service.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle data, filing, inventory, and Spanish/English translations.
• Service Enhancement: Stay updated on trends and improve guest satisfaction.

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and excellent English.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred:

• Spa or hospitality experience.
