Spa Trainee at Organique Spa

JOB TITLE: Future Therapist Scholarship – Trainee Spa Therapist (Ladies 20-26)

LOCATION: Organique Spa, 86 Victoria Street, Ojota & 14 Arikewuyo Street, Onipanu, Lagos (Training inside a real working spa, not a classroom)

TYPE: Full-Time Training (4 weeks) + 6-Month Paid Placement

ABOUT ORGANIQUE SPA
Organique Spa is a licensed wellness spa in Lagos with 2 branches. We train inside our spa so you work on real clients from Day 1. Our graduates receive a certificate with 60+ practical hours and 87% earn back their training fees within 90 days through home service and spa jobs.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are selecting only 8 young women for our next batch under the Organique Future Therapist Scholarship. Training is FREE upfront. We invest ₦200,000 in your training, you commit to work with us for 6 months after certification.

This is NOT a sales job. This is hands-on spa work: massage, facials, body treatments.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN 4 WEEKS

• Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue (relaxation and pain relief)
• Professional Facials (cleanse, exfoliate, mask)
• Body Scrub and Polish
• Spa Pedicure and Hygiene
• Waxing Basics
• Spa Business, Client Care, and Home Service Setup

You will be supervised by senior therapists. Certificate issued on graduation.

AFTER TRAINING – YOUR PLACEMENT

• Immediate posting to Organique Ojota or Onipanu
• Monthly salary + tips + commission on home service clients
• Mentorship for 6 months
• Option to stay permanent or start your own home service with our support

REQUIREMENTS

• Female, age 20 to 26 years
• Minimum SSCE / WAEC / OND. No university degree required
• Can Live anywhere. Accomodation is provided. However, in case of those wanting to come from home. they must live at most 1 km from the spa
• Neat appearance, respectful, good communication
• Willing to learn and work with hands
• Must be ready to commit to 6 months work placement after training
• Parent or Guardian must give consent and provide valid NIN as guarantor (no payment required from parent under scholarship track)

No previous massage experience needed. We will train you.

WHAT WE DO NOT ALLOW

• No night outcalls during training
• No short-term trainees. Only serious candidates who will complete 6 months
