• We're seeking a warm and welcoming Front Desk Officer to join our spa team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage bookings, and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Handle client payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain the spa's reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Collaborate with therapists and other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• Familiarity with spa software or POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Residing in or around Victoria Island is highly desirable.
