Description

• The ideal candidate must have practical experience preparing a variety of intercontinental dishes and be able to support the Head Chef in maintaining high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide variety of intercontinental dishes to a high standard.
• Experience preparing Intercontinental dishes such as Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna, Spaghetti Bolognese, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Beef Steak with Pepper Sauce, Seafood Pasta, Grilled Chicken, Fish & Chips, Risotto, Caesar Salad, and gourmet burgers. e.t.c
• Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure recipes and portion sizes are followed.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Assist with stock management and minimise food wastage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Production, or a related field.
• Professional culinary training or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
