This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Technician located in Abuja.
The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems.
Daily tasks will include evaluating sites for solar suitability, installing solar panels and related equipment, ensuring the systems comply with safety and industry standards, and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the installations.
Qualifications
Experience with Solar Systems, Solar Power, and the Solar Industry
Strong troubleshooting skills in power generation systems
Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certification or training in solar power systems is a plus
Experience with electrical systems and power generation
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
