Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Power Plan (Key Account Officer) at Koolboks.
- The Key Account Officer will be responsible for managing key customer accounts related to solar power plans.
- Tasks include communicating with clients, coordinating solar power installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems knowledge
- Experience in Power Generation and Wind Energy
- Ability to analyze and understand energy consumption patterns
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
