• We are opening applications for InstallHER 3.0, a hands-on training program designed to equip individuals with the technical skills, safety knowledge, and professional mindset required to thrive in Nigeria’s growing solar energy sector.
• This is not just training, it’s an entry point into a career in renewable energy, with direct pathways to projects and employment opportunities after completion.

Responsibilities (during training)

• Participate actively in classroom and field-based training sessions.
• Learn and apply Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) best practices during solar installation activities.
• Gain practical experience working with solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with trainers, facilitators, and peers on practical projects.
• Complete assigned learning modules and assessments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to attend training in Abuja.
• A keen interest in renewable energy and technical learning.
• Availability to attend the full duration of the program.
• Willingness to engage in both classroom learning and hands-on installation activities.
• Previous technical experience is an advantage, but not required.
