We are opening applications for InstallHER 3.0, a hands-on training program designed to equip individuals with the technical skills, safety knowledge, and professional mindset required to thrive in Nigeria’s growing solar energy sector.
This is not just training, it’s an entry point into a career in renewable energy, with direct pathways to projects and employment opportunities after completion.
Responsibilities(during training)
Participate actively in classroom and field-based training sessions.
Learn and apply Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) best practices during solar installation activities.
Gain practical experience working with solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
Collaborate with trainers, facilitators, and peers on practical projects.
Complete assigned learning modules and assessments.
Requirements
Must be based in or able to attend training in Abuja.
A keen interest in renewable energy and technical learning.
Availability to attend the full duration of the program.
Willingness to engage in both classroom learning and hands-on installation activities.
Previous technical experience is an advantage, but not required.
