    Solar Energy Business Development Specialist (Remote)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a Solar Energy Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our solar energy products and services.
    • As a Solar Energy Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the solar energy industry. Your responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential markets, clients, and projects for solar energy solutions.
    • Generate and nurture leads, utilizing both traditional and digital strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    • Stay updated on the latest solar energy technologies and products.
    • Provide financial analysis and ROI calculations to demonstrate the value of our solar solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and incentives.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of solar installations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project progress.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows for networking and market insights.
    • Promote the benefits of solar energy and sustainability within the community.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, etc.)
    • 5 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in business development within the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
    • Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies and market trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with financial analysis and project financing in the solar sector.
    • Passion for promoting sustainable and eco-friendly energy solutions.
