    Software Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Nigeria, closing millions of Naira in revenue
    • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the financial services sector
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various prospecting techniques to ensure a consistent flow of new leads and opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Kredete's credit infrastructure, its features, and benefits to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and clients
    • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present and demonstrate Kredete's solutions to potential clients
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
    • Source new leads through various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
    • Use CRM systems to track and manage sales pipeline, prospects, and customer data
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
    • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and grow the sales department as the sole sales representative, with the potential to build a team in the future.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company's market share and brand visibility in the Nigerian market.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities and expand the company's network.
    • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market developments to ensure Kredete's solutions remain competitive and relevant.
    • Provide feedback and market insights to the product development team for continuous improvement and innovation of Kredete's solutions.
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Kredete and generate new leads.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of Kredete's overall growth strategy, working closely with senior management to align sales objectives with broader company goals.
    • Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
    • Leverage sales analytics and data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue growth.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Kredete's solutions to existing clients to maximize customer lifetime value.
    • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management, making strategic recommendations for continuous growth and improvement

    Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Software Sales Manager or similar role within the fintech industry
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Proficient with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
    • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to travel to client locations as needed
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
