Software Instructor at MPG Partnering

Responsibilities:

• Assessing individual/group training needs
• Vast knowledge in CRM and Supply Chain Software
• Planning, preparing and researching lessons
• Teaching staff to use procurement software
• Teaching general staff to use desktop programmes such as Microsoft Office and other office software
• Organising and promoting courses
• Developing and delivering programmes of learning activities
• Preparing teaching materials
• Spending contact time with staff on individual or group basis
• Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• High School diploma or GED
• Qualification in a computer-related training program.
• Certificate in instructional design or equivalent is suggested.
• Experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or similar.
• Top-notch administrative, research, and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding analytical, planning, and assessment abilities.
• Ability to host fun and accessible training workshops.
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual
• Able to give and receive feedback effectively
• Can drive understanding (i.e. using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention)
• Ability to follow up
• Proven people skills
