Job Description

• The DevSecOps and Software Design Engineer is responsible for designing, building, securing, and optimizing enterprise software solutions and delivery platforms.
• The role combines software engineering, software architecture, cloud engineering, and DevSecOps practices to ensure scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing applications. 
• He/she will drive modern software delivery through automation, CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, and secure-by-design principles while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business value. 

Technical Delivery:

• Design and develop secure, scalable, and resilient software solutions and application architectures.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, and API-led architectures.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve quality.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture principles, and best practices.

DevSecOps & Platform Engineering:

• Champion DevSecOps practices through automation, security integration, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate application monitoring, logging, observability, and operational resilience capabilities.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Partner with development, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and practices that enhance engineering efficiency and software quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification can be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software engineering and DevOps, including at least 3 years in a senior technical role.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
