    Software Developer / Change Management Coordinator

    Location: Ogudu, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
    • Modify existing software to correct issues or improve performance.
    • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
    • Integrate software components and third-party applications.
    • Verify and deploy software programs and systems
    • Support communication efforts:Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
    • Assess the change impact:Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • Established network of prospective customers.
    • Proven working experience as a software developmer, change managementor a relevant role.
    • 4+ years’ experience in the technology industry.
