Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Website Manager to join a real estate sales team in Ikate, Lekki.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, digital marketing, and content creation, and is ready to grow a strong online presence for the brand.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media and websites professionally
• Skilled in graphic design and basic video editing
• Solid understanding of real estate marketing and digital audience engagement
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, WordPress or Wix, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
• Manage and regularly update the company website
• Run targeted digital campaigns to attract and engage prospects
• Monitor social trends and recommend strategies to stay relevant
• Create and post engaging content including graphics, videos, and listings
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all digital platforms.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
