Role Overview

• We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Handler to manage our supermarket’s online voice.
• You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting special offers, interacting with customers, and growing our online audience across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media accounts.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
• Highlight promotions, in-store events, and product launches.
• Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with store teams to capture content from daily operations and campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends relevant to the retail/supermarket space.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
• Strong writing, photography, and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a sense of humor.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for food, community, and retail is a bonus!.
