Social Media Officer at Cardinal Stone

Job Summary:

Drive the social media strategy of CardinalStone working closely with the Head of Brand and Cooperate Communication for the CardinalStone group

 Job Description:

• Develop social media strategies to expand firm's reach and impact through social media channels
• Maintain a strong knowledge of developments, innovations, and new tech in social media and identify any that may be of benefit/interest to the firm
• Work with the Communication Officer and others within the team to ensure that all content on our social media feeds aligns with organisational, and specific project strategies
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast)
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the firm’s target audience
• Monitor, listen and respond to comments/enquiries timely and with care
• Oversee design (i.e.: Social media graphics, Blog images, etc.)
• Create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with firm’s overall marketing strategy
• Analyse key social media metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Compile monthly reports on social media performance

Desired Profile:

• First degree in any related field
• 2-4yrs experience in social media management
• 2-4yrs experience in content writing
• 2-4yrs experience in digital marketing
• 2-4yrs experience with WordPress or other CMS
