Social Media Manager at Thinkmint Nigeria

• This is a full-time, on-site position in Mende, Maryland, Lagos for a Media Executive/Analyst. We’re seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing content calendars, growing online communities, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement across our digital platforms.
• The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, analytics, and community management, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Manage online communities and respond to audience interactions promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign content and promotional materials.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all channels.
• Support the promotion of company events, projects, and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience with content planning and content calendar management.
• Proficiency in Canva and social media management tools.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
