    Social Media Manager

    Responsibilites

    • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing platforms and its social media strategy toidentifystrategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
    • Research social media trends and communicating same to themanagement of the company’s marketing activities in order to effect tangible growth to the company sales.
    • Generate, publish and share daily content toboost traffic, create awareness andencourage community members to take actions which inturn leads to the boost of the company sales.
    • Conduct regular market, competitor and customer research
    • Run thecompany social media advertising campaigns.
    • Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
    • Overseeing customer service on thesocial media platforms.

    Qualification Requirements

    • BSc. / BA. / HND / OND. in Communcation, Arts or any related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience
    • Excellent knowledge of computer usage.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A good team player with good organizational skills.
    • Great knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
    • Active knowledge of social media marketing, market research and analysis.
    • Awareness of real estate trends and market is an added advantage.
