We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, analytics-driven, and has a knack for spotting trends that resonate with our audience.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to create engaging, on-brand posts, drive social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create original and engaging content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building a positive community
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to align on campaigns and brand messaging
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating relevant ones into our strategies
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
Experience with graphic design or basic video editing is a plus
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content planning.
