Social Media Manager at Kraks Media

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and marketing effectiveness.
• Create, curate and schedule posts on the Twitter page 
• Monitor social media trends and leverage them to improve engagement and reach.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Plan and execute Twitter marketing campaigns, including giveaways and partnerships.
• Work with the marketing team to integrate Twitter into broader campaigns.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand partners for visibility.

Requirement 

• Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms and strategies.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience in content management and creative content creation.
