Job Description
Strategy Development:

• Plan and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, stories) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Community Engagement:

• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
• Build relationships with followers and influencers to grow the brand’s network.

Performance Analytics:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting.
• Track ad performance and recommend adjustments for maximum effectiveness.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in social media marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling through digital platforms.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing software.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
