Role Overview

• We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
• The ideal candidate should have a history of increasing brand visibility, engagement, and sales conversion through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:

• Develop a content plan showcasing products, services, and customer testimonials.
• Create visually appealing posts and reels to highlight the quality and range of our products.

Brand Awareness:

• Use platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to build a strong online presence for the tailoring business.
• Implement campaigns that target schools, hospitals, and corporate organizations.

Sales Conversion:

• Design and execute campaigns that convert followers into leads and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align social media campaigns with sales objectives.

Community Engagement:

• Foster relationships with customers through active engagement and prompt responses to inquiries.
• Use feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Monitor social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Use insights to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

Collaboration:

• Partner with influencers and organizations to showcase products.

Customer Education:

• Create educational content on fabric choices, monogramming processes, and uniform customization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media in relevant industries.
• Portfolio showcasing growth in engagement, leads, and sales.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Knowledge of tailoring industryis a plus.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with running targeted ads on social media.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with customer relationship management tools (CRM).
• Reside on the mainland part of Lagos or Ibadan, for ease of commute
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
