Social Media Manager at Human Reserve Agency

Human Reserve is currently recruiting for a growing remote-first digital team seeking a Social Media Manager who is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent client experiences.

This role is ideal for a social media professional who understands that great social media management goes beyond posting content. You'll be responsible for managing client accounts, executing approved strategies, scheduling and publishing content, engaging online communities, monitoring performance, and collaborating with creative and strategy teams.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience managing social media accounts and communities
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
• Excellent written communication and client service skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience with content scheduling and social media analytics
• Ability to execute approved strategies consistently and independently
• Previous agency experience and familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Buffer, or Later are advantageous.
