Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing and communications strategies across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, andposters.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce cohesive visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experienceas a social media manager/graphic designer.
• Proficiency in design software such asAdobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Knowledge of paid advertising tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Deep understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and engagement best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work.
• Experience creating motion graphics and editing short-form videos (e.g., reels, TikTok)
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with fintech culture anddigital banking trends.
