Social Media Manager at Elvaridah

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective social media strategy to enhance the company’s online presence and promote brand awareness.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform, including posts, images, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the curve.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with our online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions, using analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
