    Social Media Manager

    We are looking to hire an experienced social medial manager to help drive the company sales, marketing and social representation.  In this position,  you will be involved in developing maketing and sales strategies using social media in order to archive targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's overall marketing and communication goals.
    • Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
    • Content Curation: Source and curate third-party content that aligns with the brand's messaging and values to enhance audience engagement and provide additional value.
    • Community Engagement: Interact with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a professional manner, fostering a positive and authentic brand image.
    • Audience Building: Identify and target key demographics and audiences to grow the organization's social media following and increase engagement.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media channels and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
    • Social Listening: Monitor social media platforms for mentions, trends, and discussions related to the brand, industry, and competitors. Use this information to adjust strategies and engage in relevant conversations.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and other initiatives to promote brand visibility and engagement.
    • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, public relations, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive brand representation.
    • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools and technologies to ensure the organization's social media efforts remain relevant and effective.
