• We are seeking a highly creative and result-driven Content Creator/Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms and develop content strategies aimed at increasing our brand visibility and meeting set engagement and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Develop engaging, high-quality, and creative content (text, images, videos, and graphics) aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.
• Write compelling blog posts, captions, and ad copy that resonate with our audience.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow Starnet's presence on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule, post, and monitor daily content while responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Run and monitor paid social media ads to meet specific goals (e.g., traffic, lead generation).

Strategy Development:

• Plan and execute creative social media campaigns to achieve set growth and engagement targets.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve strategies for audience engagement and conversions.

Target Achievement:

• Deliver measurable growth in social media followers, engagement, and leads within set deadlines.
• Increase traffic to the company’s website and achieve specific sales/conversion rates.

Research and Trends:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices.
• Monitor competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on engaging and persuasive storytelling.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
• Experience in running and optimizing social media ads.
