Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with iLearn Africa’s brand and communication goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all digital platforms including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Adapt tone, voice, and style to suit different platforms and audiences.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the communications and program teams to support campaigns, events, and initiatives through digital storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital content creation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt tone, voice, and style across platforms.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of written content or published samples (blog posts, social media posts, ads, articles, or other digital content).
• Proficiency with social media tools, analytics, and content creation software 
• Creative mindset with visual storytelling ability.
